This information will be saved in your customer file. It will be used to confirm your order and communicate with you regarding your Evatel service. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we use and protect your personal information.

• First and last name: Enter the first and last name of the person who will be using the service.
• Language: Select your preferred language of communication.
• Email address: Your email address will be used to send you information about your account(UserID, PIN, access number, and other notifications) and to send you faxes and voice messages if you subscribe to Smart Number.
• Time zone: Our customers are everywhere! The time zone tells us when it's a good time to contact you and synchronize certain features of your services such as your call forwarding schedules and reminders.
• Phone numbers: Enter at least one phone number to reach you.
